Officially recognized qualification required. * Minimum 3 years of experience in this role. * Minimum 3 years of J2EE programming experience. Demonstrable knowledge and competencies required. * Demonstrable web front-end development experience: HTML, JavaScript, CSS, preferably using Dreamweaver. * Certified knowledge of WAI accessibility standards. * Advanced experience and knowledge of JSP/Servlets; Struts and JSF frameworks are mandatory. * Advanced experience and knowledge of EJB and Web Services. * Advanced knowledge of Groovy and the Grails framework. * Ability to design test plans using JUnit and JProbe, with certified experience. * Demonstrable experience as a developer using BOOTSTRAP, evidenced through descriptions of previous projects where it was applied. **\> Desirable Knowledge:** * J2EE certifications.
