DESCRIPTION We are looking for an Industrial Engineer to carry out contract management tasks for maintenance services at one of our client's facilities in Seville. COMSA Service is part of the maintenance, conservation, and services business unit of the COMSA Corporación group, carrying out comprehensive and specific maintenance of buildings, infrastructure, and industrial facilities. The mission of this role is to control and organize the proper functioning of comprehensive maintenance operations to ensure complete customer satisfaction. Main responsibilities include: * Coordinate and plan maintenance execution. * Staff planning. * Requesting materials and services. * Managing and verifying technical and progress reports. * Coordinating the preparation of budgets. * Delivering reports and budgets. * Economic control of results. **What do we offer?** * Stable contract. * Full-time from Monday to Friday. * Working hours: 8:00 to 14:00 and 15:00 to 17:30 from Monday to Thursday, and Friday from 8:00 to 14:00. * Salary determined according to experience and value added. * Continuous training. * Social benefits. **What are we looking for?** Talent and enthusiasm to become part of a team committed to the company and dedicated to customer service.
