We seek a creative professional with years of experience in user interface (UI)/UX and interaction design. A person capable of aligning business requirements with user needs through effective, conversion-oriented design. ### **Responsibilities** * Translate business concepts, ideas, visions, and objectives into attractive and functional designs with strong communication capability. * Deliver satisfying user experiences. * Create design solutions and user experiences. * Define visual identity. * Define interaction models, wireframes, and UI specifications. * Ideate, explore, present, and test design alternatives. ### **Skills** * +5 years of experience in defining and executing interactive digital design. * Experience with complex interactive products (back-office systems, configurators, SPAs, e-commerce…). * Concept creation using wireframes, user flows, and prototypes. * Knowledge of usability and persuasion principles. * Intermediate knowledge of XHTML, JS, and CSS frameworks to adapt or design based on various technical architectures / structures. Code adaptation is not required; only structural knowledge is needed to define creative proposals. * Proficiency in managing design teams.
