**Objective**
Comprehensive direct support for adults with functional diversity, primarily intellectual, but often also involving dual pathology or associated physical conditions. * Stimulate and enhance users’ abilities to learn or maintain an active lifestyle.
* Develop and implement activities outlined in the Individual Care Plan (ICP) assigned to each user, and jointly evaluate progress with the care team, technical director(s), and psychologist, promoting autonomy according to users’ needs and preferences.

* Execute established or mandatory protocols and records: medication administration, hygiene, daily facility log, and any others that may be introduced.
* Receive and deliver written information to coordinate with the technical director. Report any incident to the relevant professional (psychologist, technical director, etc.) that could improve care quality for the person under care.
* Develop and monitor the ICP; track health status; manage clothing inventory...
* Maintain and supervise facility and equipment: laundry, kitchen, bedrooms, table linens, bed sheets...

* Respond to emergencies occurring at the facility (e.g., medical incidents, falls...) as appropriate.
* Supervise, and if needed, maintain and clean technical aids (walkers, crutches, wheelchairs...).
