Workplace: A football field
Schedule: Thursday to Sunday afternoons and holidays with competitions
Responsibilities:
General facility maintenance
Perform basic maintenance and conservation tasks for the facilities, identifying and reporting any malfunctions, defects, or incidents.
Cleaning and organization of the facilities
Ensure cleanliness, order, and good condition of common areas, stands, corridors, entrances, and other stadium spaces, as well as carry out corresponding cleaning tasks.
Access control
Manage entry and exit of people into the facilities, especially on training days, match days, and club activities, ensuring compliance with access regulations.
Changing room control and supervision
Open, close, and supervise changing rooms; monitor their proper use; and report any incidents, defects, or inappropriate behavior.
Playing field control and supervision
Monitor the condition of the playing field, benches, goals, and other elements of the sports area, reporting defects or incidents that may affect activity execution.
Facility opening and closing
Open and close the stadium and assigned spaces, verifying that doors, windows, lights, entrances, and other elements are properly secured and in safe condition.
Sports equipment and material control
Supervise the use, organization, and proper conservation of sports materials and facility equipment, reporting any loss, deterioration, or need for replacement.
Supervision during training sessions and matches
Support the smooth operation of sports activities by facilitating access for teams, referees, and other users, and addressing incidents that may arise during activities.
Incident management and security support
Identify and report any security-related, facility-related, or user-related incidents, acting according to established protocols and notifying responsible personnel when necessary.
All tasks assigned by your supervisor.
Requirements:
Experience in maintenance and/or concierge duties, preferably in sports facilities.
Basic knowledge of facility, equipment, and sports material maintenance and conservation.
Organizational ability, responsibility, and autonomy in carrying out assigned tasks.
Good interpersonal skills and communication abilities, with capacity to interact appropriately with players, families, coaches, referees, and other stadium users.
Availability and flexibility in working hours, especially for afternoon shifts, weekends, and match days or extraordinary activities.
Preferred qualifications:
Ability to independently resolve incidents and perform repairs, such as adjustments, minor repairs, bulb replacements, faucet replacements, or equipment component replacements.
Knowledge of gardening and outdoor space maintenance, including green area management, entrances, perimeter, and surroundings of the stadium.
Basic knowledge of emergency protocols and first aid, as well as ability to respond to incidents, evacuations, or unforeseen situations.
Salary: According to collective agreement.
