Job Summary: We are seeking a Maintenance Manager to supervise the proper functioning of facilities and equipment, performing preventive and corrective tasks to ensure safety and good condition. Key Responsibilities: 1. General maintenance of facilities and sports equipment. 2. Electrical systems, HVAC, and basic plumbing control. 3. Technical incident management and support for repairs. The sports center is looking for a Maintenance Manager to supervise and ensure the proper functioning of its facilities and equipment. The selected candidate will be responsible for carrying out preventive and corrective maintenance tasks, guaranteeing safety and the good condition of the facilities. Main Responsibilities: General maintenance of the center's facilities. Inspection and maintenance of sports equipment. Control and supervision of electrical systems, HVAC, and basic plumbing. Management and coordination of technical incidents. Support in minor repairs and facility improvements. Preferred Qualifications: Experience in facility maintenance. Basic knowledge of electricity, plumbing, or HVAC. A proactive, organized individual capable of managing incidents. Position Type: Full-time Work Location: On-site employment
