The selected candidate will be responsible for preparing high-quality traditional Peruvian dishes, ensuring that each meal is delicious and meets the flavor and presentation standards that define our brand. **Responsibilities:** * **Dish preparation**: Prepare classic Peruvian dishes such as ceviche, lomo saltado, ají de gallina, anticuchos, among others. * **Ingredient handling**: Ensure ingredients are fresh and of high quality.
