The position involves performing internal logistics operations using a front-end forklift. Key responsibilities include loading and unloading goods, moving them within the warehouse, and accurately placing materials according to instructions received. The forklift must be operated with precision and in full compliance with all established safety regulations to prevent accidents and damage to cargo. Additionally, radio-frequency PDA devices must be used to record and control inventory movements, ensuring that system data remains up-to-date and accurate. This task is critical for product traceability and warehouse efficiency. Occasionally, manual lifting of parts weighing up to approximately eight kilograms may be required; therefore, physical capability to perform this activity safely is valued. The work environment is dynamic and demands high concentration to coordinate tasks with the rest of the logistics team. Precision in operating machinery and careful handling of materials are critical success factors for this role. This position directly supports the operational flow of the logistics center, contributing to the internal supply chain. Work takes place in a warehouse dedicated to the automotive sector, where organization and speed are essential values. The person in this position must be meticulous and capable of following specific procedures for handling different types of goods. Adaptability to daily scheduling changes is also a key competency. Work hours are rotating, changing every three weeks, and cover Monday through Sunday, including morning, afternoon, and night shifts. The base hourly wage is 14.96 euros, with a night-shift premium of 1.14 euros per hour worked during night shifts. A minimum of five years’ verifiable experience operating a front-end forklift is required. A valid forklift operator’s license is mandatory, as is availability to work rotating shifts covering morning, afternoon, and night hours. Ownership of a personal vehicle is considered an advantage.
