Job Summary: TRAGSA is seeking 6 Foremen/Forewomen for Sanitary Activities (PPA) in Barcelona, responsible for organizing work, supervising teams, monitoring productivity, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. Guaranteeing compliance with safety, quality, and environmental regulations. **Positions Available** ---------------------- 6 **Company** ----------- TRAGSA **Project / Reason for Hiring** --------------------------------- Empresa de Transformación Agraria, S.A., S.M.E., M.P., the parent company of the TRAGSA GROUP, specialized in rural development and nature conservation activities, seeks to hire 6 Foremen/Forewomen \- Sanitary Activities PPA (Barcelona) **Work Location** -------------------- * Barcelona Work will be carried out within the province of Barcelona, with possible travel throughout the autonomous community. **Functions and Responsibilities** ---------------------- * Organize and schedule tasks together with the site supervisor, assuming responsibility for progress of the works and immediately reporting any anomalies that arise. * Interpret blueprints, perform measurements and layout operations. * Monitor machinery and workforce productivity, as well as complete and sign necessary reports regarding personnel and machinery. * Train team members on assigned tasks. * Comply with, and ensure compliance with, regulations concerning occupational safety, quality, and site signage; responsible for informing newly hired personnel about the use of personal protective equipment and applicable safety measures on site. * Verify proper storage of materials and execution of cleaning tasks, as well as other analogous duties arising during production processes. * Organize and coordinate human teams in carrying out specific tasks. * Supervise receipt of materials, resources provided by collaborators and subcontractors, and their respective human teams. * Be accountable for assigned machinery and auxiliary equipment, resolving any incidents that occur. * Supervise execution of the project regarding quality, measurements, productivity control, and material usage. * Ensure implementation of the project’s occupational health and safety plan, as well as compliance with quality and environmental specifications. * Draft work reports and other control documentation required by the Project Manager / Technical Supervisor. * Schedule and validate tasks performed by collaborators and subcontractors. **Specific Requirements** -------------------------- Compliance with requirements and/or merits must be substantiated through evaluation tests and/or by attaching the necessary documentation in the “Annexes” section of the registration questionnaire. The TRAGSA Group reserves the right to request, at any stage of the process, documentary evidence supporting information declared in the application, as well as to request additional information from the CV whenever necessary to verify the stated requirements and/or merits for this vacancy. ### **Education** #### **Qualifications** * Hold a Spanish high school diploma (Bachiller), pre-university qualification (BUP or COU), or vocational training certificate (FP I, CFGM, FP II, or CFGS), officially recognized in Spain. ### **Other Mandatory Requirements** * Valid Spanish Class B driving license, currently in force. * Academic and/or professional training and/or experience related to forestry, environmental, or sanitary fields. **Merit Criteria (Evaluated)** ------------------------ ### **Education** #### **Additional Training** * At least 2000 hours of training in forestry, environmental, or sanitary fields. * Certified training in population control actions targeting game species (minimum 12 hours). * Basic occupational risk prevention training in the forestry sector (minimum 50 hours) or construction sector (minimum 60 hours). * Valid firearms license. #### **Languages** * Catalan: Level B2 ### **Previous Experience** * Between 3 months and 2 years of experience in monitoring and controlling game species, performing duties similar to those described in this vacancy (professional and/or economic activity). **Observations** ----------------- * Application submission period opens today, 10/04/2026, and closes on 16/04/2026 at 23:59 (Peninsular Time).
