VIARIUM was founded in 2010 with the vision of being recognized for delivering the highest quality and service to our clients, supported by a competent and professional team committed to continuous improvement and innovation. **Your Mission** You will join the Design Department, where your primary mission will be to provide support, creation, and management of BIM models for architectural, structural, MEP, or civil engineering projects. **What Will Your Day-to-Day Look Like?** Your main responsibilities will include: * Developing BIM models from technical documentation, point clouds, or 2D drawings. * Generating construction and detail drawings from the BIM model. * Coordinating with the design team and other modelers to ensure model consistency and compatibility. * Adhering to defined BIM standards (EIR, BEP, templates, families, naming conventions, etc.). * Performing clash detection and resolving interferences in collaboration with the BIM coordinator. * Actively participating in the Common Data Environment (CDE) in accordance with ISO 19650 standards and/or internal protocols. * Periodically updating models according to project progress and defined milestones. * Supporting preparation of deliverables in formats such as IFC, DWG, RVT, NWC, among others. * Participating in technical coordination and BIM progress meetings. **What Are We Looking For?** * Demonstrable experience with Revit and BIM modeling. * Knowledge in architecture, structures, MEP, or civil engineering. * Proficiency in BIM coordination tools and clash detection software. **What Do We Offer?** * Indefinite-term employment contract. * Intensive work schedule from June 15 to September 15, Monday to Friday (standard hours: 08:00–15:00). * Regular work schedule for the remainder of the year, Monday to Thursday (standard hours: 08:30–18:00; Fridays: 08:30–15:00). * Flexible working hours. * A comprehensive package of measures supporting work-life balance for all employees. * On-site office: free coffee and breakfast. * Meal vouchers. * Access to the "Benefits at Work" platform, offering numerous exclusive discounts and promotions for our professionals—over 1,500 renowned brands covering Hotels, Resorts, Travel, Fashion, etc.
