





Job Description Data Analyst – Strategic Data Project in the Pharmaceutical Sector **Are you motivated by working with real market data and deciding which metrics matter—and which don’t?** We are collaborating with a **technology company specialized in data and digital products**, backed by one of the leading national pharmaceutical distribution groups. The company operates as a **hub of innovation and data**, developing proprietary platforms that integrate and leverage information from thousands of pharmacies, distributors, and laboratories. Currently, they are building a **reference business intelligence platform for the pharmaceutical sector**, directly impacting strategic decision-making by laboratories and major industry players. For this project, they seek to onboard their **first Data Analyst**, a key position to lay the foundation for the data team and grow alongside the initiative. ? Your Mission * Design and evolve **data models** from multiple sources (sales, distribution, products, behavior). * Analyze and calculate **business KPIs**: market share, penetration, rankings, sales trends, seasonality, and performance by laboratory. * Generate optimized datasets for **dashboards, scorecards, and strategic reports**. * Apply **statistical reasoning and data normalization** to ensure analytical consistency and quality. * Collaborate closely with **Data Engineering and the technical team** within a scalable cloud environment. * Bring **business-critical thinking**, challenging results and proposing improved analytical approaches. Basic Requirements ? What We’re Looking For * Degree in **Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering, or related field**. * Prior experience (approx. 2–4 years) in **data consulting, BI, or analytical roles with a business focus**. * Strong proficiency in **SQL** and **Python for data analysis** (pandas, numpy). * Experience working with **real-world business KPIs**, beyond routine reporting. * Autonomy, proactivity, and an analytical mindset. ?
