Here, your work truly matters — and so do you. **What's your mission?** The mission of this position is to support the Global marketing team for the Fine Fragrance \& Air Care categories. **️Here’s what you’ll be rocking every day** * Follow, analyze, and share the relevant market trends and new products launches and communicate to the marketing managers for their respective categories. * Design data reports coming from the following sources: Euromonitor, Fragrantica, WGSN, Michael Edwards Fragrances of the World * Support the marketing team on the key Proactive Marketing Tools (Category Review, Promo Kits, Trends Presentations, Capsule Presentations, Product Spotlight) for the categories * Support the Global Fine Fragrance \& Air Care Marketing Managers on presentation preparations, including the presentation content, printing the labels, and shipping the promo kits to the regions. * Coordinate Smelling sessions and product portfolios for the categories; managing market products purchasing, ensuring the required set\-up for the smelling sessions, and preparing the mood boards, pyramids and olfactive mapping for the presentations. * Publish relevant content in our internal social media (YAMMER), to give relevant information and insights to the different teams involved: Marketing, Sales, Fragrance Development Managers. * Give general support to the Marketing Team on all internal and external client presentations when needed. **What you need to shine in this role** Educational background: Currently studying a Degree in Marketing, Economics, Business and Administration or related studies.
