JOB DESCRIPTION **Beigar is looking for a Physical Security Systems Engineer – Site Manager** to join a large-scale international project in the field of physical security. We seek a candidate with proven experience in project engineering, construction management, and coordination of security installations, capable of leading technical execution and acting as the main point of contact with the client throughout the entire project lifecycle. **Responsibilities** * Design Physical Security Systems solutions (Access Control, CCTV, Intrusion Detection Systems, and Fire Protection Systems). * Act as Site Manager during installation execution. * Coordinate various subcontractors involved in the project. * Manage client relations during construction execution. * Collaborate in the overall project management alongside different technical teams. * Maintain project management systems up to date. * Prepare technical documentation, "As-Built" drawings, and final project documentation. * Coordinate execution with other involved departments to ensure adherence to schedules, quality standards, and technical requirements. **What We Offer** **** * Joining a high-impact technological international project. * Participation in physical security projects for critical infrastructures. * Professional development in a multidisciplinary and innovative environment. * A stable project with opportunities for professional growth. * Continuous training and access to industry-leading technologies. * A collaborative and highly specialized work environment. * Competitive compensation aligned with experience and expertise provided. REQUIREMENTS * Proven experience in engineering and design of Physical Security Systems installations. * Knowledge of: * Access Control Systems. * CCTV Systems. * Intrusion Detection Systems. * Fire Protection Systems. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite. * Advanced level of English (minimum B2; C1 preferred). * Willingness to travel within Europe (project located in Belgium). * Degree in Industrial Engineering or equivalent qualification. * Candidates without a university degree but with at least 10 years of equivalent professional experience in similar roles will also be considered.
