CBRE\-GWS, a company specialized in facility management and maintenance, is seeking a Technical Manager. Reporting to the Technical Director, you will be responsible for monitoring and overseeing the proper delivery of contracted services (maintenance, security, cleaning, concierge, etc.) across the properties under your management, ensuring service quality, compliance with applicable regulations, and adherence to procedures and directives established by the Technical Directorate. What are we looking for? Degree in Engineering, Technical Engineering, Architecture, or Technical Architecture. Postgraduate studies are desirable. **Your main responsibilities will include:** * Managing service contracts for assigned buildings. * Preparing and monitoring the annual Capex and Opex budgets. * Proposing initiatives to improve marketing, energy efficiency, system reliability, security, cost reduction, etc., for the buildings under your management. * Assuming full technical and subcontractor coordination responsibility for assigned properties (e.g., maintenance, cleaning, security), implementing corrective actions if subcontracted services fail to meet expectations. * Ensuring compliance with current regulations and protocols set forth by the Technical Directorate. * Overseeing property image (cleanliness, security, and maintenance). * Serving as the primary point of contact for occupants and property owners, responding to all related requests. * Managing technical projects within assigned properties. * Monitoring compliance with ✨ What do we offer?
