Within the administration department, the primary role is that of a commercial assistant: entering customer orders into the proprietary IT system "SAP", tracking those orders, document management, telephone support, managing customer incidents and returns with reporting to headquarters in Germany. Proficiency in the full Microsoft Office suite, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, databases, etc. Support for organizing various client events, teaching sessions, internet-related meetings, etc. Support for administration\-finance tasks, debt collection, management of payments to creditors, etc. Marketing tasks, digital platforms, internal data tracking, etc. Other typical office assistant duties (office supplies, coordination of internal office matters, travel arrangements, etc) 36 months of experience.
