Your mission will be to coordinate, lead, and support the team across all distribution processes to ensure smooth service operations, delivering personalized, high-quality service to our customers. The scope includes coordinating a team of 8–10 people. Responsibilities: * Coordinate, organize, and assign team tasks for proper service management. * Train newly hired staff in the department. * Make decisions and intervene in resolving incidents with customers and correspondents. * Supervise daily tasks to ensure team work quality and resolve incidents. * Proactively manage daily vehicle profitability at agencies. * Meet and enforce delivery deadlines. * Achieve at least 98% of daily production targets. * Proactively propose service improvements in collaboration with billing, export, and warehouse departments. * Implement assigned Compliance controls and procedures. * Collect evidence of compliance control and procedure implementation and effectiveness. Tasks: * Assign and distribute tasks among team members based on workload volume and individual experience. * Supervise, support, and monitor daily operational work, correcting deviations or issues as needed. * Ensure and guarantee a positive working environment. * Welcome new staff into the department and provide initial instructions for effective job performance. * Coordinate the team on all department-related matters to ensure smooth operation. * Manage and resolve team and correspondent incidents. Propose alternatives for improving IT systems, processes, and work tools. * Supervise, analyze, and resolve the daily workload pool to achieve 100% of daily deliveries and pickups. * Daily supervision and control of agency vehicle efficiency and profitability. * Analyze situations and resolve incidents to deliver efficient, high-quality service. * Download and analyze internal system data on supplier costs, review results, and identify potential variances or increases. * Analyze and verify KPIs for deliveries and pickups. * Analyze work processes and develop improvement proposals to enhance system agility and team performance. * Negotiate optimal annual vehicle costs with respective agencies. * Apply assigned Compliance procedures and controls. * Periodically collect evidence of compliance control and procedure implementation and effectiveness. **WHAT YOU BRING** ----------------------- Requirements: Education: Higher Vocational Training Certificate (CFGS) or Bachelor’s degree in Transport and Logistics / International Trade.
