**WAREHOUSE SHIFT MANAGER** **Martorelles Factory (Vallés Oriental)** Reporting to the Warehouse Manager, key responsibilities include: Organize, manage, and supervise the execution of activities performed by the team under your supervision. * Ensure compliance with Safety, Quality, and Food Defense standards across all activities. Promote a preventive culture in these three areas. * Guarantee appropriate storage conditions according to material characteristics. Ensure stock rotation based on best-before dates. * Guarantee supply of Raw Materials to packaging lines following FEFO principles, aligned with the Production Plan. * Conduct periodic inventories of raw materials, empty glass containers, and supplier returnable packaging. * Calculate requirements and coordinate transfers of raw materials between decentralized warehouses. * Monitor supplier delivery conditions. Manage and track Non-Conformities. * Define supplier delivery schedules jointly with the Procurement Department. * Plan staffing requirements for your shift, considering vacation periods, absences, and workload. Interpret the Master Production Schedule to calculate short- and medium-term needs. * Implement the team’s training plan, promoting development within the Department. Align training needs with the L&D Department. * Conduct regular one-to-one meetings with team members assigned to your shift. * Monitor KPIs specific to the Logistics area. Identify and analyze deviations. * Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports. * Attend and participate in regular cross-departmental meetings and align business objectives. * Define, standardize, and document processes according to Operational Excellence requirements. * Support internal and external audits. * Conduct internal audits to ensure compliance with standards and identify improvement opportunities. * Propose and implement improvements through technical and technological solutions. * Review the usage status and maintenance condition of equipment and facilities under your responsibility (forklift fleet, infrastructure, electronic devices). **Required qualifications for this position:** ***Education:*** Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or related field. Advanced English. Fluency in spoken communication. ***Knowledge:*** SAP WM knowledge is desirable. Knowledge of Operational Excellence and Lean Six Sigma is desirable. Proficiency in office software (MS Excel / Power BI) is required. ***Experience:*** 2\-3 years of proven team management experience, preferably in logistics (setting objectives, team training, shift planning, defining and monitoring KPIs). ***Competencies:*** Team management. Leadership. Results orientation. Problem solving and analysis. Communication skills. Decision-making ability. ***Other:*** Valid driver’s license and personal vehicle.
