This position is located within the Water division—a division with extensive expertise and a proven track record across all types of hydraulic infrastructure projects. It provides services related to the construction and maintenance of water networks, including underwater environments. **What will you do on a daily basis?** * Supervise work carried out by your team, providing necessary instructions to correct any deviations. * Perform production-line tasks specific to your role. * Complete production, quality, attendance, and other relevant documentation and forms. * Monitor adherence to predefined quality standards throughout processes and execution. * Train the team under your supervision. * Ensure compliance with the Site Safety Plan by all personnel. * Supervise and coordinate subcontracted companies on site. * Prepare quantity surveys and provide necessary data so the Site Manager can prepare monthly certifications. * Participate in site visits and maintain communication with the Site Management Office. * Organize and allocate assigned personnel and machinery to the project. **What are we looking for?** * Minimum 5 years of experience in wastewater treatment projects. * Valid driver's license. * Willingness to travel throughout the province. **What do we offer?** * Permanent position. * Opportunity to join a team of professionals committed to innovation, sustainability, and equal opportunities. * Company vehicle. **Apply now—we look forward to meeting you!**
