You’ll participate in job fairs, university events, and brand visibility initiatives. * **Happiness & Culture:** You’ll help bring our internal culture to life by collaborating in organizing events and activities that foster team spirit and cohesion. * **Archive Maintenance:** You’ll ensure the 'heart' of our documentation remains always in order, updating employee records and organizing physical and digital archives. * Participation in other cross-departmental HR tasks (Occupational Health & Safety and Labor Area). **Who Are We Looking For?** * **Passionate Student:** Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR, Psychology, or related fields, and able to sign an internship agreement for at least 5–6 months. * **Proactive Attitude:** A versatile, solution-oriented person with the essential interpersonal skills needed when dealing with people. * **Outstanding Communication Skills:** You’ll be Ona’s first impression for many candidates; thus, we seek someone with fluent, empathetic communication and the ability to collaborate effectively within a coordinated team. * **Tools/Languages:** Proficiency in Microsoft Office. If you’re comfortable with English, that’s a bonus! * **Availability:** We aim to begin this journey with you in June. **What Do We Offer You?** * **Real Learning:** Practical and hands-on training in Recruitment and Talent. * **Flexibility for Your Studies:** We know your education comes first. We adapt your schedule (between 20h and 40h per week). * **Financial Support:** Paid internships ranging from €300 to €600/month (based on working hours). * **Future Plan:** Initial duration of 6 months, with real potential for extension and/or employment. We want you to stay! * **Mentoring:** You won’t be alone — you’ll receive continuous follow-up and support from a dedicated team. Build Ona’s future with us!
