Main Responsibilities: * Preparation and replenishment of the breakfast buffet. * Preparation of dishes for à la carte dinner service. * Ingredient preparation (cutting, cleaning, mise en place). * Maintaining order and cleanliness in the kitchen according to hygiene standards. Requirements: * Prior experience as a kitchen assistant (experience in hotels or restaurants is preferred). * Basic knowledge of Mediterranean/international cuisine. * Ability to work effectively in a team and under pressure. * Proactive, responsible, and organized attitude. * Availability for part-time shifts covering breakfast and dinner.
