We are seeking a coordinator to lead and monitor an environmental education program in the Barcelona metropolitan area, ensuring service quality, coordination of the educational team, and relationship management with the various stakeholders involved in the project. *This position is subject to the final resolution and award of a public tender.* **Where will you work?** In the Barcelona metropolitan area. **What type of contract do we offer?** Permanent.* **Start date:** October 2026\. * **Contract duration:** Potential long-term project (up to 4 years). **What will your working hours and schedule be?** Full-time, Monday to Friday, during school hours (8:00 AM to 5:00 PM). Occasional weekend activities may be required. **What will your salary be?** The gross annual full-time salary is **25\.139,01€.** If needed, paid supplementary hours may be arranged.### **What will be your duties and responsibilities?** Your **tasks** and responsibilities will include:* **Client coordination.** * **Service planning, organization, and monitoring.** * **Management of the educational team** and pedagogical support. * **Budgetary control** and support for invoicing. * **Incident management** and continuous service improvement. * **Review and updating of educational scripts** and program documentation. * **Review and validation of reports and summaries.** * **Support for program communication and dissemination activities.** ### **What are we looking for?** To successfully undertake this new challenge, we seek individuals who bring the following knowledge, experience, and competencies to our team. Keep reading to find out whether your profile matches our needs! **Profile requirements:** * Degree, bachelor's, diploma, or higher vocational training (CFGS) in environmental fields, biology, geography, physics, chemistry, environmental education, or other related disciplines in sciences, environment, or environmental education. * **Minimum 8 years of experience coordinating educational, environmental, or community projects.** * **Catalan language proficiency (C1\).** * **Valid driving license (Category B).** * We recommend residing in **Barcelona** or its surrounding areas. **Additional qualifications and other desirable requirements:** * Additional official university degrees (bachelor's, master's, official postgraduate, doctorate) and specialization courses or proprietary postgraduate programs of at least 20 hours delivered by universities, professional schools, or accredited entities. **Other requirements:** * **Minimum two years of experience as an educator on topics related to energy.** * **Knowledge of digital tools for management and content creation**, including at minimum: spreadsheets (user level, e.g., Microsoft Excel or equivalents). * Digital tools for creating educational or communication content, such as Canva, Genially, or others with similar features. ### **What does it mean to work at Anthesis?** It means becoming part of a **B Corp™** consultancy where sustainability is not just a word, but a daily action.
