If you have experience in seafood and fish cuisine and enjoy the challenge of working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment, we want to meet you! **Key Responsibilities** \- Support the Manager in daily operational management of the restaurant. \- Coordinate and supervise the team during service hours, ensuring smooth and efficient operations. \- Oversee opening/closing procedures and cash register control. \- Manage orders, inventory, and goods receipt. \- Ensure compliance with quality, hygiene, and customer service standards. \- Serve as a role model in service: incident resolution, customer interaction, and team support. \- Place and receive orders; verify delivery notes. \- Read and understand orders and instructions; familiarity with the **Revo** and **TspoonLab** operating systems is valued. **Minimum Requirements** \- Minimum 1 year of experience as an Assistant Manager, Head Waiter/Waitress, or similar position. \- Knowledge of front-of-house operations and basic kitchen principles. \- Leadership, organizational, and communication skills. \- Positive attitude, commitment, and sense of responsibility. \- Availability to work split shifts and weekends. \- Prior experience in product-focused or seafood-specialized restaurants is a plus. **What We Offer** \- Stable permanent contract (40 hours/week), with 2 rest days per week. \- 30 days of paid vacation per year. \- Performance-based bonus tied to objectives to recognize your contributions and results. \- Ongoing training and skill development to support your growth within the industry. \- Opportunities for professional advancement in a dynamic environment, including a structured career development plan. \- Position type: Full-time \- Salary: €22,000.00–€24,000.00 gross per year Position type: Full-time, Permanent contract Salary: €21,000.00–€23,000.00 gross per month Benefits: * Uniform provided Application questions: * How would you rate your English level from 1 to 10? * Where do you live?
