Responsibilities may be adapted to the assigned department (Reception, Guest Experience, Human Resources, Kitchen, Food & Beverage Service, Events, Housekeeping, Marketing, among others): Support administrative and operational tasks within the department. Attend to and guide guests and clients, ensuring the hotel’s quality standards. Collaborate in coordinating internal activities and services. Manage and update databases, documents, and reports. Participate in continuous improvement projects and process optimization. Support the organization and follow-up of hotel events, activities, and programs. Coordinate with other departments to ensure an excellent guest experience. Comply with procedures, policies, and service standards of a luxury hotel. Observe and learn daily operations to develop a comprehensive understanding of the hospitality business. Actively participate in internal meetings and training sessions. ### **Requirements** Ability to formalize an internship agreement with educational institutions, holding a qualification aligned with the internship department. Interest in building a career in the hospitality industry. Proactive attitude, customer orientation, and eagerness to learn. Teamwork skills and effective communication.
