**Functions** * Welcome customers at the hotel. * Have thorough knowledge of the operating hours of our outlets (Spa, Restaurants, Wellness, etc). * Know tourist information about Marbella and surrounding areas. * Maintain the lobby and Prince's lounge in good condition (cushions, sofas, etc.). * Serve welcome drinks. * Comply with hotel policies (Hygiene, Safety, etc). * Anticipate customer needs. * Answer the phone appropriately following LHW standards. * Offer additional services to enhance the guest experience. * Assist with all tasks assigned by the Guest Service Assistant. * Safeguard the hotel's public image. * Prepare amenities, DF, and welcome letters for the following day. **Requirements** * Proper and pleasant demeanor. Dynamic and innovative. * Team-oriented. * Must pay attention to personal appearance. * Must have negotiation skills and decision-making ability. * Must possess strong communication skills and interpersonal abilities. * Requires a character committed to continuous improvement. * Knowledge of hotel management systems at Marbella Club such as Opera, Outlook, Microsoft Excel, and Microsoft Word. * High proficiency in English and Spanish.
