We are looking for a Junior Community Manager *(hybrid in Marbella)* with over 5 years of experience who doesn’t just manage social media, but lives it, feels it, and makes it vibrate. If you have strategic vision, overflowing creativity, and a unique ability to connect with audiences, this is your place. ### **Requirements: What would your responsibilities be?** Orchestrating Digital Symphonies: Design innovative content strategies, increasing community visibility, engagement, and loyalty. Being the soul of the party on social media: Managing communities on Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, Pinterest, X, Facebook, YouTube, and any emerging platform, ensuring a tone aligned with each brand. Reading the future in metrics: Analyzing data, evaluating campaign performance, and proposing improvements. Influencer campaign management: Identifying and collaborating with content creators aligned with the brand. Crisis management: Quickly and effectively resolving any unexpected situations on social media. Designing innovative content in various formats (image, video, reels, stories, etc.). Meta Ads advertising: Optimizing campaigns to maximize reach and engagement. ### **Requirements** \+3 years of experience managing communities and social media within an agency. Excellent writing and spelling skills. Knowledge in Communication, Advertising, and Online Marketing. Audiovisual skills: Proficiency with tools for visual and video content creation. Experience using AI tools applied to marketing and content creation. Strategy \+ analysis: Ability to interpret data and adjust strategies accordingly. Business mindset and entrepreneurial spirit: Proactivity, motivation, and discipline. Languages: Native Spanish and English C1/C2/native level (test required). Adaptability \+ speed: Ability to switch roles as needed. Agile methodologies: Willingness to learn and apply new working methods. **What we offer:** Position: Junior Community Manager.
