What profile do we need? * Degree in Computer Engineering, Telecommunications Engineering, or related field. * Over 5 years’ experience in **cloud-native architectures** and orchestration with **Kubernetes/OpenShift**. * Solid knowledge of virtualization (**VMware vSphere, ESXi, vCenter**) and hardware optimization (HPE). * Advanced Linux administration (**RHEL, CentOS, Ubuntu**) and Bash/Shell scripting. * Experience in **DevOps practices** and designing **CI/CD pipelines** (Jenkins, GitLab CI, ArgoCD, Tekton). * Knowledge of **IaC** using Ansible and Terraform. * Experience with container networking (CNI, Service Mesh) and persistent storage solutions. * Familiarity with monitoring and logging tools (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK Stack). * Knowledge of cloud-native security: RBAC, policies, secret management. * Proactive, autonomous profile with strong analytical skills and a continuous improvement mindset. * Communication skills and ability to work in multidisciplinary and multicultural teams.
