This team is dedicated **exclusively** to delivering **advanced offensive security services to our clients**, ranging from **vulnerability exploitation** to **research and development of novel techniques**.
The ideal candidate must have **practical experience in Red Team exercises**, but if you do not meet this criterion, we remain open to being impressed by your knowledge and skills.

**What will be your main responsibilities?**
* **Analysis** and **exploitation** of vulnerabilities.

**What will the selection process look like?**
We want you to experience what it’s like to work at Tarlogic from day one. The process will be **fully online**, and consists of:
1. **HR Interview**, where we’ll share more information about Tarlogic and the position.
2. **Technical Interview**, during which the team will assess your technical knowledge and you’ll have the chance to get to know each other.
**Education**
Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Engineering, Telecommunications Engineering, Systems Engineering, or related fields.
**Minimum Requirements**
* **Practical experience in Red Team or penetration testing exercises.**
* **Advanced knowledge of analysis and exploitation in web applications, networks, Windows/Linux systems, and Active Directory.**
* Passion for **offensive security.**
* Creativity, proactivity, and lateral thinking.
* Ability to work autonomously and solve problems independently.
**English**: B2/C1 level; language proficiency test required.
**Desirable Requirements:**
* Practical **programming and scripting** skills.
* Experience in **exploitation, reverse engineering, and malware analysis.**
* Publications of research, conference talks, CVEs, open-source tools, among others.
