**Ingeteam**, a leading company specializing in electrical engineering and the development of electrical equipment, motors, generators, and frequency converters, is seeking an **AI\-Augmented Full Stack Developer** for its Digitalization department located in **Zamudio**. The selected candidate will participate in the **development, evolution, and modernization of applications** in production environments, some of which incorporate **generative AI capabilities**, such as language models, assistants, or agents, using generative AI tools to support development while consistently ensuring high software quality and reliability. **Your day\-to\-day responsibilities:** * Development of applications using Ingeteam\'s defined technology stack — Front\-End based on **Angular**, and Back\-End based on **C\# with Minimal APIs and EF Core**, either from scratch or via technological migration. * Evolution and maintenance of existing applications, incorporating improvements, new features, and incident resolution. * Use of generative AI tools such as GitHub Copilot or similar to support development, including review and validation of generated code. * Integration of language models, assistants, and agents via APIs into projects requiring such capabilities. * Implementation of solutions leveraging context management, prompting, RAG, and information retrieval where they add value to the product. * Design of software architectures, APIs, services, and databases. * Ensuring software quality through testing, code reviews, error management, and technical documentation. * Participation in application deployment, monitoring, and operations. **What we\'re looking for:** * Proven experience in **frontend and backend software development** in production environments: technology stack based on Front\-End **Angular**, and Back\-End **C\# with Minimal APIs and EF Core**. * Experience in **maintenance and evolution of existing applications**, and/or migration of legacy applications. * Experience in **developing and integrating generative AI\-based solutions** into real\-world applications. * Integration of language models, assistants, and agents via APIs. * Practical knowledge of **context management, prompting, RAG**, and information retrieval. * Architecture, API, service, and database design. * Experience in testing, deployment, maintenance, and evolution of applications. * Proficiency in **Python, JavaScript, or TypeScript**, and modern web frameworks. * Strong adherence to quality, security, and version control (Git) best practices: testing, code reviews, and error handling. **Nice\-to\-have experience includes:** * Cloud platforms, containers, and DevOps. * Software generation support tools such as **GitHub Copilot or similar**. * Critical thinking skills to review and validate solutions developed with generative AI assistance. * Evaluation, selection, and optimization of AI models. * Knowledge of Machine Learning and data analytics. * Monitoring, scalability, and operations of production solutions. * Knowledge of privacy, regulatory compliance, and responsible AI usage. **What you\'ll find at Ingeteam:** * Participation in strategic digital transformation and AI projects. * Multidisciplinary teams and a collaborative culture. * Technical autonomy and influence. * Flexible working hours and work\-life balance measures. * Professional development within an international leader in energy and technology. * Competitive compensation aligned with your experience.
