As the Software Development Lead, you will lead the development and evolution of our software product portfolio, building upon the first generation of products already available in the market. Our products include Autonomous AI Systems applied to the software development lifecycle (SDLC), especially for testing and legacy code translation, as well as SaaS-based AI Governance Platforms focused on safe AI usage and compliance with the AI Act. Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in Engineering are highly valued. * Over 5 years of experience in software product development, particularly as a Tech Lead, and in team management. * System Administrator or Cloud Engineer expertise with a strong security focus and hands-on experience in the Azure ecosystem. * Solid knowledge of security standards (ISO 27001, GDPR). * Proficiency in programming in one or more commonly used high- and low-level languages (C/C\+\+, C\#, Java, JavaScript, TypeScript, Python, etc.). * Good command of English.
