Responsibilities: Develop preparations, ensure compliance with defined menus and technical sheets, implement good practices. Prepare menus and adapted diets. Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure proper organization and workflow. Supervise ingredient and material inventory, placing orders when necessary. Ensure compliance with hygiene and food safety regulations – APPCC record. Perform cleaning and maintenance tasks in the work area, and monitor the use of machinery, materials, and tools. Salary: 1\.834,70€\-3\.607,45€ per month Work location: Periodic travel
