Execute the INNOVATE engagement and communication plan within the organization. Support project management of the innovation portfolio: accompany initiatives from initial idea through to implementation, ensuring objectives, timelines, and budgets are met. Support tracking of innovation initiative outcomes, evaluate their impact, and provide analysis to inform decision-making. Engage with suppliers and collaborators across the innovation ecosystem. Collaborate with the Innovation Consultant to manage Novartis Spain’s presence at innovation events. Ensure teams stay updated on the latest innovation and technology trends. Promote an innovation culture across the organization, encouraging creativity, disruptive thinking, and continuous learning. **WHAT DO WE OFFER?** ------------------- Novartis offers flexible hybrid working: a combination of on-site work at the Barcelona offices and remote work. Full-time internship schedule with flexible hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30–9:00 a.m. to 5:30–6:00 p.m., depending on the internship agreement. Six-month internship with potential extension up to a total of twelve months. Paid internship: €969.39 gross per month.
