**Your day to day with us:**
* Plan, own and maintain deployment roadmap \& development backlog for the retail media automation capability and associated tech. platforms across international anchor markets
* Lead onboarding efforts for new markets in collaboration with the 3p retail media automation partner, drive and measure capability adoption across markets in scope through trainings and continuous feedback loop
* Collect requirements from hands\-on\-keyboard performance marketing teams and transforms them into product requests or custom solutions in collaboration with vendor product \& engineering staff
* Partner with relevant Global teams to define and develop the right approach to intelligent investment guidance, media sufficiency and attribution frameworks
* Support Retail Media Automation and Supply Chain product lead on the path to integrating retail media automation programs into wider PepsiCo initiatives

Qualifications:

**Requirements**
Significant experience of at least 10 years in IT projects is required, highlighting capabilities in:
* **Leading project planning meetings** with management, department heads, and team members.
* **Ensuring projects are completed** fully, within budget, and according to established deadlines.
* **Monitoring project progress** and reporting potential issues to the appropriate individuals.
* **Initiating and interpreting relevant documentation**, including contracts, blueprints, and designs, among others.

We are looking for a **Infrastructure Architecture** **Sr** **Manager** who will deliver projects and support client commercial activity (PoVs, design/architecting, client workshops, demos and proposal development).
Main responsibilities will be:
* Advise and guide Accenture clients on 1\) their multi\-cloud architectures, migration and optimization 2\) hybrid cloud operating model and tools and its implementation roadmap 3\) infrastructure architectures, hybrid platforms, and operational best practices
* Design and oversee “Hands on” implementation and operation, as well as detailed Cloud Architecture, infrastructure architecture, migration and build for both Public and Private Cloud solutions.

Requirements
* Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Computer Science, or Related Field (STEM Degrees)
* 7\-10 years of experience in core infrastructure practices (Network, Workplace, Systems/virtualization/Containerization, Storage)
* Core disciplines to be covered: Infrastructure Architecture, Multi\-Cloud Architecture , Cloud native and Cloud Migration patterns and tools, Cloud Operations and optimization, Automation/AIOPS and Cloud Security.
* Deep technological knowledge and experience in both cloud and private/on premise infrastructure technologies
* Full working fluency in Spanish and English

* Experience delivering infrastructure architectures, migration projects and/or cloud services for multinational clients will be a plus
