Together with the rest of the Nunsys Group, we form the **largest group of technology companies in Spain (>2,800 colleagues)**, and among our clients are major accounts in the public sector, agri-food, banking and insurance, industry and services, laboratories, environment and energy, healthcare, and telecom, totaling **over 8,000 active clients in our portfolio.** **The Project** The project's objective is to **support the digitalization of public services**, ensuring the quality, security, and continuity of the information and communication technologies that support them. You will be part of a **team responsible for the Service Coordination of Service Recoveries** and/or project issues, involving various system roles: system and database administrators, communications and security engineers, Microsoft system administrators, and virtualization specialists. **What will your day-to-day be like? Responsibilities:** * Analyze and optimize data networks and communications to ensure optimal performance. * Lead and manage the diagnosis and recovery of affected services during incidents. * Conduct technical post-mortem analysis of incidents. * Coordinate the execution and documentation of Continuity Plans, generating knowledge. * Reduce diagnosis and resolution times for Infrastructure incidents classified under the Complex domain. * De-escalate scenarios in complicated domains. **Requirements – What do we expect from you?** Education: Degree in Computer Engineering or Telecommunications (Bachelor's/Degree/Degree + Master) or Degree/Higher Vocational Training (FP2) or equivalent. * * Profile with knowledge and certification in Communication and Security technologies: Switching, routing, load balancing, internet access, Wi-Fi, and DNS-DHCP-IPAM solutions, DWDM, firewall, antivirus, remote access (CISCO, Fortinet, F5). * Experience: At least 1 year as an incident and/or problem manager: Experience as a service manager for maintenance and support in critical systems (incident management, problem management, continuous improvement). **What do we have ready for you?
