Responsibilities:** * Analyze and optimize data networks and communications to ensure optimal performance. * Lead and manage the diagnosis and recovery of affected services during incidents. * Conduct technical post-mortem analysis of incidents. * Coordinate the execution and documentation of Continuity Plans, generating knowledge. * Reduce diagnosis and resolution times for Infrastructure incidents classified under the Complex domain. * De-escalate scenarios in complicated domains. **Requirements – What do we expect from you?** Education: Degree in Computer Engineering or Telecommunications (Bachelor's/Degree/Degree + Master) or Degree/Higher Vocational Training (FP2) or equivalent. * * Profile with knowledge and certification in Communication and Security technologies: Switching, routing, load balancing, internet access, Wi-Fi, and DNS-DHCP-IPAM solutions, DWDM, firewall, antivirus, remote access (CISCO, Fortinet, F5). * Experience: At least 1 year as an incident and/or problem manager: Experience as a service manager for maintenance and support in critical systems (incident management, problem management, continuous improvement). **What do we have ready for you?
