Job Summary: Responsible for ensuring factory quality, including production processes, finished products, and customer quality support. Key Responsibilities: 1. Ensure quality controls for both production processes and finished products 2. Analyze customer complaints and manage quality incidents 3. Stable project with a leading company in the sector Cantoria, ES, 04850 **What We Are Looking For** You will be responsible for ensuring factory quality, including process quality, finished product quality, and customer quality support. **Location**: Cantoria, HQ (Almería)**Your Key Responsibilities** * Ensure quality controls for production processes and finished products at the factory * Identify process improvement opportunities and analyze quality risks within the current process flow * Analyze customer complaints and internal quality incidents * Manage internal and external quality incidents * Monitor and manage quality indicators (First Time Through, waste, rework, etc.) * Define and implement quality criteria for processes and finished products * Quality documentation (preparation, review, and control) * Internal audits of processes and finished products, conducted jointly with internal audit teams and certification bodies * Ensure calibration and verification of quality equipment, coordinating management with production and maintenance departments. **What You Need to Succeed** **Education**: Bachelor’s degree or higher in Industrial Engineering or related field **Experience**: Minimum 2 years’ experience as a Quality Technician in industrial environments * Experience managing quality incidents and conducting quality audits. * Experience managing quality KPIs and analyzing quality data, familiarity with quality tools **Personal Competencies**: * Teamwork skills and ability to communicate and influence effectively * Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously * Proactivity, motivation, and accountability **What We Offer** Stable project with a leading company in the sector**About Cosentino** At COSENTINO, our purpose is to inspire people through innovative and sustainable spaces.
