**Minimum Requirements:** ----------------------- Center Services Staff, and specifically Center Maintenance Staff, must possess specific training for the proper performance of their duties and/or experience in the trade. Knowledge of electricity, welding, metalworking, home automation, automation, computer science, masonry, plumbing, etc. **Desired Requirements:** ------------------------ * Good social skills. * Learning ability. * Organizational ability. * Teamwork ability. **Job Position:** ---------------------- Center maintenance staff must perform comprehensive maintenance of center spaces in an agile and effective manner, ensuring the proper functioning and maintenance in perfect condition of the various spaces. Among others, the following functions will be performed: * Repair various damages that may occur as a result of center operations. * Perform preventive maintenance of center installations. * Carry out improvement works at the center. * Supervise and maintain work tools. Therefore, maintenance staff functions will include electricity, welding, metalworking, home automation, automation, computer science, masonry, plumbing, etc., as well as material replacements and repairs necessary to keep center installations and equipment in perfect condition for use. In addition, they must oversee and ensure compliance with maintenance protocols and guidelines for center machinery and installations. **Contract Type:** --------------------- * Temporary replacement **Working Hours:** ------------ * Part-time **Minimum Education:** --------------------- * Compulsory Secondary Education (ESO) or General Basic Education (EGB) \- Level I Vocational Training Program (ETP I) **Conditions:** ---------------- Salary according to the applicable collective agreement.
