An established agricultural company is hiring a Greenhouse Agricultural Technician to lead the technical management of greenhouses, with a focus on production, quality, and compliance with protocols. This is a permanent position with direct responsibility for results. Location and key residency requirement Due to the operational requirements of the role, candidates must reside at a location midway between Hellín and Mazarrón (e.g., the city of Murcia or its surrounding areas) to facilitate travel and coordination. Main responsibilities Management of approximately 150 hectares of greenhouse facilities, in coordination with the technical team. Crop management, primarily tomatoes and cucumbers, ensuring correct application of agricultural protocols. Monitoring and supervision of hydroponic irrigation systems (monitoring, adjustments, and incident handling). Coordination with field supervisors and field teams to ensure productivity and quality. Technical reporting and tracking of results and performance indicators. **Desired skills and knowledge:** **Education:** Higher Vocational Training Degree in Agricultural Studies (CFGS Agrario), Technical Agricultural Engineering, or Agricultural Engineering. Practical experience in hydroponic greenhouse operations (installation, maintenance, and optimization). Solid experience in tomato and/or cucumber cultivation (several years highly valued). Proactive, organized, and results-oriented profile with field experience; ability to work autonomously and collaboratively within teams.
