We are looking for you! ### **What We Offer** * Employment with a solid construction-sector company. * Indefinite-term contract from the start date. * Company vehicle, mobile phone, computer equipment, and other benefits. * Genuine opportunities for professional development and continuous training. * Collaborative, safe, and people’s wellbeing-oriented work environment. ### **Main Responsibilities** * Supervise and monitor safety and health conditions on assigned construction sites in Zaragoza and its surrounding area. * Verify correct implementation of safety and health plans, proposing and supervising corrective measures. * Coordinate preventive activities among the company, subcontractors, and main contractors, ensuring information flow and consistency during execution. * Conduct periodic safety inspections and audits on site, documenting findings and defining improvement actions. * Participate in incident and accident investigations, preparing reports and follow-up plans to prevent recurrence. * Advise site managers and technical teams on preventive matters and application of current regulations. * Deliver practical training and safety information to assembly teams and workers regarding safe procedures and proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE). * Ensure coordination with external preventive resources and third-party prevention services, as well as internal departments (Procurement, Technical, Construction Management). * Contribute to continuous improvement of the Management System (OHS, Quality, Environment), proposing procedures and best practices. ### **Requirements** * Occupational Health and Safety Training: Master’s Degree in Occupational Health and Safety covering all three specialties, or Higher Vocational Training in Occupational Health and Safety. * Minimum 3 years’ experience as an Occupational Health and Safety Technician on construction sites, with coordination responsibilities. Greater experience will be valued for senior profiles. * Experience in structural assembly or precast concrete works, and/or industrial projects and metal façade projects is desirable. * Knowledge of occupational health and safety regulations applicable to the construction sector. * Valid Class B driver’s license and willingness to travel within Zaragoza province and occasionally to other locations. ### **Competencies and Attitudes** * Proactivity and orientation toward continuous improvement. * Strong communication and teamwork skills, ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders. * Ability to make decisions and manage situations under pressure in dynamic construction-site environments. * Rigor, responsibility, and commitment to people’s safety and health. * Organizational skills and ability to manage technical and administrative documentation related to occupational health and safety. ### **Terms and Location** * Primary location: Zaragoza (on-site at construction sites and/or office, depending on project needs). * Competitive salary, subject to review based on experience and merit.
