Social intervention with families and individuals hosted in temporary accommodation places within the project. Promote social inclusion and autonomy of project participants through networking with community resources and group interventions. **FUNCTIONS DESCRIPTION (NON-EXHAUSTIVE):** * Initial reception, interviews, and social and family assessment. * Design of social interventions with families and individuals participating in the Program. * Coverage of needs and management of program benefits. * Support during visits to project housing units. * Support in monitoring cohabitation. * Management of admissions and departures. * Preparation of reports on: admission, follow-up, extension proposals, transfers, mandatory/precautionary discharge, and referrals. * Networking. * Coordination with professionals from other services and resources. * Data entry into the computerized system regarding files of assisted families and individuals, follow-ups, and actions carried out. * Support in preparing technical reports and program follow-up reports. * Team meetings. * Case supervision meetings. * Accompaniment to specialized resources and services. * Coordination with other project work areas. * Design, facilitation, and evaluation of group activities. **BENEFITS** * Flexible arrival and departure times. * Partial remote work. * For full annual schedules: 60 hours of personal discretionary time. * 23 working days of vacation. * Opportunities for work-life balance. * Career and professional development opportunities. * PC and Smartphone with access to M365 environment\. * Participation in social innovation, digital transformation, and agility initiatives. ### **Minimum Requirements** **ACADEMIC QUALIFICATIONS** * Degree in Social Work*.* **COMPLEMENTARY TRAINING** * Training and/or experience in migration and/or assistance to vulnerable groups. Training in community mediation and conflict resolution. * **PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE** * Minimum one year of experience in projects assisting refugees, migrants, or vulnerable groups. * Experience providing social support to families at risk of social exclusion. * Experience using a person-centered approach. * Experience with gender/LGBTI+ perspectives. Experience working in NGOs and networked environments. * **OTHER REQUIREMENTS** * Registration in the Galician Social Work Association or eligibility for registration. * Computer skills at user level (Office). **PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS** * Disability certificate of at least 33%. * Training in interventions from a gender perspective. * Knowledge of the SIRIA application.
