We participate in projects across sectors such as healthcare, the environment, education, automotive, aerospace, and banking. **Would you like to join our team?** We are looking for a Java Programmer to join our Public Administration division and collaborate on the analysis, design, and development of enhancements for various Java-based applications. **What will your day-to-day look like?** * You will develop enhancements for web applications primarily built with Java, Spring, Spring Boot, Hibernate, REST and SOAP services, and Oracle. * Our teams are full-stack, so you’ll also develop on the front-end using JavaScript, jQuery, HTML, CSS, and Thymeleaf. * You’ll perform testing of developments to ensure delivery quality and work within continuous integration environments using tools such as Jenkins. * You’ll also conduct testing and use code-quality tools like Sonar. * You’ll interact directly with clients to gather requirements, technically analyze needs, and design solutions aligned with each project’s defined architecture. * You’ll track deliveries through to production deployment. * You’ll participate in an agile team with extensive experience in the Public Administration sector, contributing ideas and expertise. **What will you find here?** * The best team you can imagine! And what about the future? * We deliver training throughout the year, including certifications in various technologies and methodologies, enabling your professional growth. * We offer a structured career plan with multiple pathways tailored to the type of role you envision for yourself! * We encourage transitions between projects and technologies throughout your tenure with us, ensuring you never feel stagnant. * We promote flexible working hours and work-life balance (personal/family and professional life). * Hybrid work model (one day per week onsite in Santiago de Compostela). * Possibility of a reduced working schedule for four months per year. ### **Minimum Requirements** To be our ideal candidate, you must: * Hold a Higher Vocational Training Certificate (FP2) in the ICT field (e.g., DAM, DAW, ASIR). * Be able to attend in-person meetings in Santiago de Compostela for project follow-up (one day per week). * Have knowledge of SQL databases, preferably Oracle. * Have experience/knowledge in developing web services, SOAP and/or REST. * Front-end development experience will be considered a plus. * Experience with continuous integration tools such as Jenkins, Bamboo, etc., will also be valued. * A strong desire to learn every day and work collaboratively. * Ability to work both independently and as part of a team, depending on the project context.
