Join us in pursuing solutions for a sustainable future.** ACCIONA, within its Construction Business, requires the incorporation of a Construction Site Manager for an important building project in Sanxenxo (Pontevedra). **Job Description** Mission: Coordinate and supervise the execution of operational tasks within their unit/department, in accordance with established procedures, in order to autonomously select and redefine specific operational methods adapted to the particularities of the project. They are responsible for executing construction contracts. They plan, optimize, and supervise the use of resources to ensure that construction works are carried out on schedule, according to specifications, and within the established budget. Among their most common responsibilities are: managing contracts and obtaining required permits and licenses; preparing budget estimates; planning and defining construction phases; supervising subcontractors’ and subordinate staff or workers’ activities; verifying progress achieved and work quality throughout all project phases; representing the company in relevant matters; etc. Responsibilities: * Organizing workspaces and equipment, storage, loading/unloading, and site access. * Checking and adjusting construction layout surveys. * Interpreting drawings and construction details. * Controlling compliance with occupational health and safety prevention measures. * Supervising and verifying work processes. * Assessing workers’ capacity and suitability for proper performance of their duties. * Coordinating work with various trades and subcontractors. * Monitoring and tracking construction progress. * Controlling compliance with the schedule. * Proposing construction methods, materials, and techniques. * Controlling and receiving materials, temporary works equipment, and machinery. **Candidate Requirements** * Minimum 10 years of prior experience in similar roles on large-scale building projects. * Organizational and leadership skills. * Extensive knowledge of construction processes and systems. *We are a company that values diversity as a source of talent and therefore work to foster an inclusive environment that promotes respect, belonging, and commitment so that all individuals can participate on equal terms.
