From Nortempo Selección we are looking for staff for our client Rodríguez López Auto for their vehicle painting section located in the Allariz industrial park. **Desired Profile:** * Previous experience in industrial painting processes, especially in the automotive sector or related fields. * Training in painting or industrial maintenance is a plus. * Ability to integrate into experienced teams, with a collaborative attitude and commitment to workplace regulations. * Candidates with initiative, autonomy, and organizational skills who can take on additional responsibilities in the medium term will be particularly valued. **Main Responsibilities:** * Surface preparation (sanding, cleaning, degreasing, and masking parts prior to painting, etc.) * Application of primers, fillers, sealers, and base coats. * Mixing paints according to technical or visual specifications, achieving the correct color tone. * Applying paint using spray gun or electrostatic methods (base coat, color, and varnish). * Final finish inspection: identifying and correcting defects such as bubbles, stains, runs, or dust. * Adhering to drying and curing times for the products used. * Maintenance and cleaning of work tools, paint booth, and equipment. * Strict compliance with occupational health and safety regulations. **Requirements:** * Prior experience in spray painting (automotive, bodywork, industrial, or similar). * Experience in sanding, masking, priming, or similar tasks (painting in general) is a plus. * Team-oriented individual. * Proactive attitude, responsibility, and commitment. * Valid work permit. * Own vehicle for commuting to the workplace or reliable means of transportation available for any of the mentioned shifts. * Availability to work rotating shifts. **What We Offer:** * *Salary*: According to the category established in the Ourense siderometallurgical collective agreement * *Contract*: 3-month temporary contract (with a 15-day trial period), with potential for permanent employment. * *Possible Shifts*: 08:30 to 17:30 (with a break from 13:30 to 14:30\). Rotating shifts: morning shift: 06:00 to 14:00 and evening shift: 14:00 to 22:00\.
