A degree in Architecture, proficiency in AutoCAD and design tools, as well as organizational ability and teamwork skills are required. Main responsibilities include developing basic and executive projects, drafting reports, drawings, and technical documentation, and managing administrative procedures including submission of documentation to municipalities and official bodies. Prior experience in project drafting and construction management is required. A permanent employment contract is offered, with a gross monthly salary between 2\.500 and 2\.900 €, and full-time working hours from 9 AM to 2 PM and 3 PM to 6 PM, including statutory breaks. 1 year of experience.
