EIP International Business School is currently conducting a search for young talents to work with top national/international **HR** companies. · Full national-level recruitment process development. · Job posting, CV screening, interviews. · Direct contact with hired staff for incident resolution or inquiries. · Management of client-requested changes. · Settlement of various assignments, including total costs. · Evaluation of candidates’ knowledge, social skills, experience, and relevant competencies. · Management and expansion of the internal recruitment database. · Monitoring the adaptation of hired candidates. · Coordination of events and route planning, if required. · Administrative tasks arising from the job position.
