Drive process improvements and support the team during operational changes Join a leading company and make things happen! ***We are looking for a Team Leader with an analytical mindset and a focus on continuous improvement, capable of interpreting production data to make decisions, identifying opportunities through KPIs, driving tangible improvements on the shop floor, and supporting the team through change processes.*** **Your Mission** Coordinate shift-based Manufacturing Orders ensuring quality, safety, and efficiency, using data analysis as a key tool for decision-making and continuous improvement, while fostering team development and process optimization. **Main Responsibilities** * Organize and supervise shift production to ensure achievement of targets. * Analyze production KPIs (efficiency, waste, cycle times, incidents, etc.) and translate them into concrete action plans. * Lead the shift kick-off meeting, supported by data and results. * Identify improvement opportunities through data analysis and on-site observation (Gemba Walk). * Support the team in implementing improvements and new working methods. * Adjust D+1 manufacturing close-out to ensure data and result consistency. * Train and develop the team in operational best practices and continuous improvement culture. * Ensure compliance with Quality, Occupational Health & Safety (OHS), and Environmental policies. **Key Skills** * Leadership and team development. * Analytical mindset. * Change management. * Orientation toward continuous improvement. * Preferred: **University degree in Food Engineering, Agricultural Engineering, or related field; or Higher Vocational Training in Food/Agricultural Industries; or equivalent experience (minimum 2 years).** * Preferred experience in industrial environments. * Experience managing operational teams. * **Proven ability to analyze production data and make decisions based on KPIs.** * **Experience driving process improvements and supporting teams through operational changes.** * Proactive profile with initiative and results orientation. * **Ability to communicate data clearly and mobilize the team toward action.**
