**KWS Semillas Canarias** is seeking a **Station Worker (m/f/d)** for our farm in **Aguimes, Las Palmas**, to join our agricultural workforce, interacting positively and collaboratively, and performing activities related to the assigned area—Field, DH, or NSY. The position is permanent and full-time. **Responsibilities:** Directly carry out activities related to haploid selection, sowing, transplanting, plant counting, pollination, emasculation, sample preparation, harvesting, seed processing, field preparation, plant evaluation, application of phytosanitary products, irrigation, and farm and machinery maintenance. **Key Responsibilities:** * Perform manual and/or tool-assisted agricultural tasks following instructions and quality and safety standards. * Maintain order and cleanliness in the work area. * Report issues and share ideas with the supervisor or relevant assistant to improve processes and protocols. * Understand and contribute to improving the Environment, Health, and Safety (EHS) Policy. **Your Profile:** * Manual dexterity and attention to detail. * Ability to follow instructions and work effectively in a team. * Tolerance for working under varying weather conditions (heat, humidity). * Mobility and agility to move within and outside the field, crouch, stretch, and walk on uneven terrain (if applicable). * Motor coordination and overall good physical condition, required to handle products, tools, or equipment precisely and safely. * Responsibility and commitment. * Accuracy and attention to detail. * Teamwork. * Safety orientation. * Autonomy and proactivity.
