IT Technician – Process Development, Automation, and Digitalization

We seek a diligent professional for the IT Technician position, with a project-oriented profile, actively contributing to the company’s process digitalization, automation, and improvement. The candidate will join the IT team located on Avenida de Escaleritas, working cross-functionally with various departments to analyze processes, develop technological solutions, and apply automation and artificial intelligence tools. Key Responsibilities: **Process Digitalization and Improvement** * Collaborative analysis of internal processes with departments. * Identification of opportunities for improvement and automation. * Definition and documentation of processes. * Participation in digital transformation projects. **Development and Integration** * Development of applications, scripts, or internal tools. * Process automation (Power Automate, workflows, scripts). * System integration (APIs, web services). * Participation in SAP-related enhancements and integrations. **Artificial Intelligence Application and Data Analysis** * Identification of AI use cases within the company. * Implementation of basic AI solutions (automation, assistants, data classification, etc.). * Use of generative AI tools applied to business processes. * Data analysis to improve processes and support decision-making. * Extraction, transformation, and utilization of data from various systems (SAP, SQL, etc.). * Creation of reports and visualizations to identify inefficiencies and improvement opportunities. * Application of simple analytical models (classification, segmentation, basic prediction). Required Education: * Degree in: + Computer Engineering, Systems Engineering, or related field. Experience: * Minimum 2 years. Minimum Requirements: * SAP knowledge (advanced user or junior technical profile). * Basic programming skills (Python, JavaScript, or similar). * Experience or knowledge in process automation (Power Automate, workflows, scripting, etc.). * Basic understanding of Artificial Intelligence (use of APIs, intelligent automation, models). * Data analysis skills: + Data handling and interpretation ability. + Experience with visualization tools such as **Power BI**. * Basic database knowledge (SQL). * Ability to integrate systems and work with data from diverse sources. Preferred Qualifications: * **Retail Sector Experience:** Preferably in roles involving consumer-facing technologies, WMS, or e\-commerce platforms. * Prior experience in technology project management and implementation. * Experience in digital transformation projects.
