Do you want to join us in this challenge? **We are hiring!** We are recruiting a **Digital Project Manager** for our workplace located in **Santiago de Compostela**. The selected candidate will join to lead technological and digital transformation projects, acting as a liaison between business areas and technical teams, and ensuring implementation of solutions that add value to the organization. **Your day\-to\-day responsibilities:** * Lead planning, coordination, and execution of technological projects, ensuring achievement of scope, schedule, cost, and quality objectives. * Analyze business processes and identify opportunities for improvement, automation, and digital transformation. * Gather, document, and validate functional requirements with various business areas, serving as the liaison between users and technical teams. * Coordinate internal teams, vendors, and other stakeholders involved in projects, tracking milestones, risks, dependencies, and incidents. * Prepare functional documentation, specifications, processes, and use cases, as well as coordinate and support user acceptance testing (UAT). * Manage budgets, contracts, purchase orders, and financial tracking for assigned projects. * Coordinate implementation of new solutions, facilitating change management, training, and transition to operational teams. * Develop performance indicators and progress reports to communicate project status and evolution to business areas and IT Management. * Propose improvements to project management and business analysis methodologies, processes, and tools, fostering continuous improvement. **Requirements:** * University degree in Computer Engineering, Telecommunications Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration and Management with specialization in Information Systems, or equivalent. * 2–5 years’ experience in IT project management and functional analysis. * Experience coordinating multidisciplinary teams and external vendors. * Experience implementing corporate applications such as ERP, CRM, BI, MES, or other business solutions. * Experience gathering requirements, preparing functional documentation, and managing stakeholders. * Intermediate\-advanced level of English (B2\-C1\). * Ability to communicate effectively with interlocutors from different organizational areas and levels. * Experience in industrial environments, the food sector, aquaculture, or manufacturing, as well as participation in international projects and PMP certification will be valued. **We offer:** * Join an expanding international company with strategic projects and long\-term professional growth opportunities. * Active participation in digital transformation initiatives with direct business impact. * A collaborative, innovative, and continuous improvement\-oriented work environment. * Opportunities for professional learning and development. * Working hours from 8:00 to 16:30 Monday through Thursday, and from 8:00 to 15:00 on Fridays and during summer months. * Possibility of remote work one day per week.
