




Job Summary: Ensure compliance with the quality, food safety, and environmental management systems to meet customer requirements and certification standards. Key Responsibilities: 1. Management and improvement of quality and environmental documentation. 2. Participation in internal and external audits and continuous improvement. 3. Management of calibrations, pest control, and microbiological analyses. **Your Mission** Ensure compliance with the implemented quality, food safety, and environmental management systems to meet customer requirements, internal standards, and external certifications. **What Are Your Main Responsibilities?** * Management and improvement of quality and environmental management system documentation. * Support in managing manufacturing nonconformities. * Participation in external audits, visits, and inspections. * Promotion of internal communication, continuous improvement, and achievement of objectives. * Pest control management. * Calibration and equipment verification management. * Support in inspections of good practices, facilities, and cleaning. * Collaboration on environmental policy and waste management. * Preparation of reports, follow-up of actions, and performance indicators. * Support in testing for product launch or improvement. * Support in controls and microbiological analyses. * Preparation and dispatch of samples to external laboratories. * Preparation of samples and performance of organoleptic analyses, as well as complaint handling. * **Bachelor’s degree in Biology, Chemistry, or related fields.** * **Postgraduate degree in Quality and Food Safety Management Systems.** * Minimum of 2 years’ experience in similar positions. * Basic computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office. * Knowledge of agricultural production quality is an advantage. * Occupational health and safety Competencies * **Communication skills, cross-functional collaboration, teamwork, customer orientation, task excellence, responsiveness, results orientation.**
