If this resonates with you, we would be delighted to meet you. **What are we looking for?** We seek to add a CONSTRUCTION SITE MANAGER to our team in Las Palmas de Gran Canaria. **What will you do on a day-to-day basis?** Lead and coordinate construction execution under your responsibility, in accordance with company guidelines and standards, to ensure timely and high-quality delivery while optimizing profitability. * Lead comprehensive construction execution, ensuring objectives related to schedule, quality, safety, profitability, and customer satisfaction. * Plan and control the project technically and economically: budget, costs, production, certifications, closings, treasury, and variances. * Coordinate contractual, administrative, and documentary management of the project, ensuring compliance with client and site management requirements. * Analyze the project, propose improvements or alternative construction solutions, and manage contradictory pricing or unforeseen items. * Supervise procurement, suppliers, and subcontractors, negotiating terms and ensuring cost, schedule, quality, and safety standards. * Lead communication with clients, site management, internal teams, suppliers, and subcontractors. * Coordinate and develop the construction team, fostering a safe, collaborative, and results-oriented environment. **What will you find at COMSA?** A close-knit team where knowledge is shared and learning happens every day Continuous training and real growth opportunities Competitive compensation and a flexible benefits plan Work-life balance measures: flexible working hours, weekly telecommuting, Friday afternoons off, and intensive working hours in July and August **Shall we take the next step?** We want to get to know you.
