




Job Summary: We are seeking an administrative assistant for general tasks, mail handling, documentation, telephone support, filing, report preparation, and basic accounting in a full-time temporary position. Key Responsibilities: 1. General administrative tasks and document management 2. File organization and support in report preparation 3. Basic accounting tasks We are looking for someone to perform general administrative duties. This includes managing incoming and outgoing mail, as well as all necessary documentation. The candidate will also handle telephone calls and greet visitors arriving at our facilities. Other responsibilities include organizing files to ensure everything is orderly and easily retrievable. Additionally, the candidate will support report preparation and carry out basic accounting tasks. This is a full-time temporary position.
